How do I search for an item?
Dapigoo's website is designed to help you find the products you're looking for quickly and efficiently.
You can search for items in two different ways:
By Keywords- If you’re looking for a specific item, you can enter several keywords to the ‘Search by name’ box, on the top left-hand side. You may also choose a specific category in which you would like the item to be searched for.
By Categories- A list of all categories is available to you on the main left-hand side menu. All categories are divided into sub-categories in order to help you find what you’re looking for.
Choose the category in which you’re interested. You may choose to view all items in the chosen category or only items in a specific sub-category.
How do I read the item's detail page?
When you find the item you’re interested in, click the ‘More Info’ tab to enter the detailed item page. Please note if you are not logged in, you will be requested to login at this time.
On the item detail page you will find all the details and specifications regarding the product.
How do I bookmark an item for later reference?
You can bookmark an item in order to return to it easily later. Click the ‘Bookmark’ tab on the top right-hand side of the page.
All bookmarked items are available to you under ‘My Bookmarks’ in the main left-hand side menu.
How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
When you’ve decided you would like to purchase the item, please click the ‘Add To Cart’ tab. Your shopping cart is available to you on the main left-hand side menu.
In some cases you will be requested to choose the characteristics of the ordered items such as color, memory capacity etc. Please make sure you have also updated the desired quantity.
Can I use the item's pictures for reselling?
On each item detail page, you will find a downloadable file which contains the product’s pictures. These pictures may be used by you for your listings and sales advertisements.
In some cases, you will also find a downloadable user manual for your use.
